Nike logo

Although our Nike campaigns occurred some years ago, they stand out as some of the most successful in terms of recall and audience involvement. This banner was part of a campaign aimed at older kids and teenagers in probably the earliest example of ‘experiential’ or ‘total communications’ activity, supporting in this case 6 sheets, A2s and postcards which featured the world stars of the time, Renaldo, Denilson and others. Objective to encourage youngsters to work on their football skills (and buy Nike boots of course). Had copies of the creative work been made available they could have been sold in their thousands. Centres right across the country reported that their staff were being mobbed every day by teenagers and tweenies clamouring for copies of the posters.
